All bikes are shipped 85% to 95% pre-assembled in a secure, heavy-duty box. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost using the included toolkit.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day ride guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your bike, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in clean, as-new condition.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page features a comprehensive size guide based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for better control or sizing up for more stability.
Do the bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty. Frames are typically covered for 5 years to a lifetime, while components and parts are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects.

Are the bikes fully tuned before shipping?
