If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to return or exchange items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that bikes are disassembled and secured exactly as they were delivered to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
